1. Services Offered

We provide comprehensive digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

• Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• Social media management
• Content creation & branding
• Website development and related digital solutions

Services are customized based on each client’s objectives and formalized through service agreements or proposals.

2. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are defined in individual service agreements. For most services:

• 100% advance is required for paid ads, SEO, and content marketing
• 50% advance and 50% on final approval for website development

Non-payment or late payment may lead to service suspension or termination.

Ad budgets paid to third-party platforms are billed separately and are non-refundable.

3. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service, with prior notice where feasible.

Campaign strategy or scope changes requested by the client may incur additional fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for successful campaign delivery.

Clients are responsible for ensuring all content and activities comply with applicable laws, advertising standards, and platform policies.

Lack of cooperation or delay in approvals may impact timelines or results.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client data, business strategies, budgets, and marketing plans.

No client information is shared with external parties without written consent, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All strategies, creatives, reports, and materials produced by Blogrator remain the property of Blogrator Web Service (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted limited usage rights only for the duration of the service.

Unauthorized use, duplication, or redistribution of our work is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Blogrator shall not be held liable for:

• Platform-related suspensions or policy rejections
• Losses due to third-party actions (e.g., Google or Meta account bans)
• Business losses, revenue impact, or indirect/consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the specific service causing the issue.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India, with venue preferably in Maharashtra unless otherwise agreed.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy, Cancellation, and Refund Policies.
