1. Introduction
This policy outlines the terms governing digital marketing and paid advertising services provided by Blogrator Web Service (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. (“Blogrator”). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms related to data privacy, project responsibilities, and cancellation/refund of services, especially related to paid ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
2. General Service Policies
a. Project Initiation and Payment
- Paid Ads Services require 100% advance payment before campaign setup and launch.
- Other services (SEO, content, design) follow specific advance policies as stated in individual agreements.
- Delays in payment may halt campaign delivery or reporting.
b. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must supply timely access to ad accounts, creative assets, target audience information, and approval for ads.
- Blogrator is not responsible for delays caused by client-side inaction or miscommunication.
c. Revisions & Campaign Adjustments
- Two (2) revisions in ad creatives or strategy are included per campaign cycle.
- Additional changes may incur extra charges.
- Strategic modifications based on performance trends are advised but not guaranteed unless under a managed service plan.
d. Ad Platform Compliance
- Blogrator ensures ad submissions follow platform guidelines, but ad approval is at the sole discretion of the platform (e.g., Google, Meta).
- Clients must not request campaigns violating platform policies (e.g., restricted content, prohibited services).
3. Privacy Policy
a. Confidentiality
All client information, campaign data, and budget details are kept strictly confidential and used solely for service delivery.
b. Intellectual Property
Ad creatives, strategy documents, and performance reports remain Blogrator’s property unless explicitly transferred under a signed agreement.
c. Data Collection & Usage
- We collect essential data (names, contact details, payment information, campaign performance metrics) to manage advertising and related services.
- Cookies may be used for ad remarketing and improving site experience.
d. Third-Party Tools
We use external platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools, CRMs, etc.) governed by their respective privacy policies.
e. Data Security
We adopt industry-standard practices to secure data but cannot guarantee absolute security of digital transmissions.
f. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for business use by individuals over 18. No services are knowingly offered to or data collected from minors.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
a. Service Cancellation
i. Client-Initiated
- Cancellation requests must be emailed to info@blogrator.com within 15 calendar days of invoice/payment.
- Campaign setup fees and any consumed ad budgets are non-refundable.
ii. Blogrator-Initiated
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- Terms are violated
- Payments are delayed or disputed
- Client fails to provide required access/content
- Legal or policy violations are identified
In such cases, partial refunds may be issued after deducting platform costs, time spent, and administrative fees.
b. Refund Eligibility
i. Within 3–15 Days
Refunds are considered only if:
- No campaign was launched
- No third-party costs (e.g., ad spend) have been incurred
- Work completed is below 30% of the quoted scope
Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
ii. After 15 Days
No refunds will be entertained beyond the 15-day window or once ad campaigns are live.
c. Non-Refundable Items
- Paid advertising spend (to Google, Meta, etc.)
- Platform fees or API integrations
- Creative/design work already delivered
- Strategy consultation sessions
- Domain and hosting services
- GST or applicable taxes
- Third-party software or tools
d. Special Cases
i. Ad Account Suspension
Blogrator is not responsible for ad account suspensions caused by policy violations, past history, or restricted content. No refund will be given if an account is suspended unless clearly due to Blogrator's error.
ii. App Rejection
For WebView apps rejected solely due to Blogrator’s technical errors, a partial refund may apply. No refund is issued for content-based or policy rejections.
iii. Client Inaction
Delays or cancellation due to a lack of communication, failure to provide ad materials, or missed deadlines are not eligible for refund.
e. Service Modifications
i. Upgrades
Clients may upgrade services anytime. New costs are invoiced separately.
ii. Downgrades
Service downgrades are subject to eligibility and cannot apply mid-campaign. Any adjustments are applied to the next billing cycle, if applicable.
All modifications must be requested in writing.
f. Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes without prior communication may lead to immediate suspension of services. Blogrator reserves the right to pursue legal action for recovery of lost funds or damages.
g. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment source.
- Refund amounts may be adjusted for bank/gateway charges or currency differences.
5. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated periodically. All revisions will be posted on our website. Clients will be notified of significant changes affecting ongoing services.
